His career is marked by building and leading numerous project teams on

high-profile programs in the Aerospace, Healthcare and Automotive industries. Jim has supported numerous successful proposal efforts ranging from small to multi-billion-dollar contracts. He possesses exceptional soft skills and works closely with business partners, customers and project teams to ensure each customer’s mission success.

Jim is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Information Assurance Manager Level 3 (IAM III) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM). He received a BS and MA in Economics at UNC-G where he also captained the golf team. During his professional career, Jim continued his education in the Florida Institute of Technology’s Information Technology graduate program.

Jim started his professional career at Martin-Marietta Aerospace in 1981 as an Artemis Systems Analyst on the Pershing II Missile and ADATs Tank programs. From there, he accepted a position at Kennedy Space Center (KSC) in 1984 as a Software Engineer on the McDonnell Douglas Technical Services Company’s Space Shuttle Cargo Processing team. From there, Jim became a Program Manager at Lockheed Space Operations Company on the tri-service Cost/Schedule Control System and the NASA/ USAF Cost Modeling Programs (GOCM & ROCM), which led to the establishment of ExecuSys.
