At ExecuSys, we recognize the profound impact that dementia has on families and communities. With nearly every family affected by this disease, we are dedicated to improving the quality of care for seniors, especially those living with dementia. Our collaboration with healthcare organizations and providers ensures they are harnessing innovative technology, including Artificial Intelligence, to enhance patient care and elevate their quality of life.

With extensive experience in the healthcare sector, ExecuSys has successfully performed business consulting for hospitals and developed a Decision Support System integrating data from Managed Care and Meditech. Our consulting services included providing a CIO to a hospital during a successful business transformation. For years, we had been the IT Partner for the Brevard-Indo-American Medical and Dental Association (BIMDA), offering training, educational presentations, and consulting services to affiliated hospitals physicians and dentists.

A significant highlight of ExecuSys’ healthcare journey was our collaboration with Dr. Pawan Jindal, MD, the visionary Founder & CEO of Darena Solutions on his Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and ICD-10 products. His expertise as a former physician and healthcare informatician, coupled with his leadership in Artificial Intelligence, positions him as one of our most esteemed partners. Recently, Dr. Jindal obtained the prestigious certification “Artificial Intelligence in Health Care” from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Our President, Jim Thomas, has managed numerous high-profile Federal Healthcare contracts and subcontracts, including the Eunice Kennedy Shriver NICHD CRPDS (prime) and subcontracts associated with the following programs: US Special Operations Command’s Warrior Care Coalition (part of the Wounded Warriors programs), the AHLTA Composite Health Care System, which served as the military’s worldwide electronic healthcare record system, and the Defense Health Agency’s Global Service Center.

Dr. James J. Thomas, our Healthcare / Management Advisor and Jim’s father, founded Mountain View Pediatrics, a prominent multi-doctor practice and served two terms as Chief of Staff at Grace Hospital, Morganton, NC. With military service as the Chief of Pediatrics in Bethesda, Maryland, Dr. Thomas brings a wealth of experience in support of our healthcare initiatives. His involvement with the Eunice Kennedy Shriver NICHD led to significant contributions in early clinical trials on Down Syndrome.

Statistics underscore the urgency of addressing dementia: according to recent studies, approximately 6.5 million Americans aged 65 and older are living with Alzheimer’s disease, a common form of dementia. This number is expected to rise significantly in the coming years, making our mission to take measures to prevent and slow down the progression of the disease, as well as properly caring for Dementia patients.

With this in mind, we are promoting the principles presented in the following two books.

The Caregiver’s Guide to Memory Care and Dementia Communities – by Rachel Wonderlin
