Chuck Lauer 

Senior Program Manager

Chuck Lauer is our Software Engineering Manager. He has a broad Information Technology background and proven expertise with product development, system integration, technology deployment, business intelligence and customer support.

Chuck has led several process improvement initiatives and has experience and expertise in SEI CMMI, ISO and ITIL. He played a key role in ExecuSys’ SEI CMMI implementation and certification on the 45th SW Launch Operations Support Contract (LOSC). He led an initiative to convert legacy reporting applications to SQL Server Reporting Services, as well as managing the implementation of the LOSC Business Intelligence Web Portal applications. Chuck worked closely with the computer security group to ensure all applications were implemented in accordance with the DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP).

He led the development and implementation of the 45th SW Launch Ordnance Information System (LOIS), which received an Authority-to-Operate (ATO) in 2018 to run on the USAF NPIRNET. This was a highlight on LOSC and facilitated the management and tracking of ordnance materials to support launch operations at Cape Canaveral.

Chuck received a Bachelor of Engineering Technology from the University of South Florida and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology.
